hey you guys welcome back to my channel

live um today I'm just going to do a
disclaimer right off the bat my children
and I are in the exact same room so
there might be children in the
background yelling or playing don't know
whatever comes out of them sometimes
they're unpredictable because they're
children
they are playing with the skunk and
eating their snack so I have no idea
exactly what's gonna happen but I'm
trying to keep it on the down-low the
best I can but they're kids and this is
their playtime so I am sitting in my
dining room doing this because well I
felt like coming in here instead of
doing it in the back room especially
because dad's not home and I'm home with
the kids by myself and I'd prefer to be
out here so that's what we're doing
anyways so today I went and I met with
my nutritionist yay she's an amazing
lady oh my goodness we clicked right
away and I am so excited I am honestly
she's just the person I've been looking
for excuse me are you drink my mouth is
dry
yes I stopped at Wendy's and I got
myself a nice water I was thirsty I
needed something to drink
so anyways she's just what I've been
looking for she believes in the same
things that I believe in which is
calories in calories out meal plans meal
prepping I do use the airfryer I do not
fry any of my food ever no more the only
time that we ever fries if oli fries and
he fries his food I don't fry the kids
or ice my food at all
so anyways back to what I was saying
about the nutritionist so she sat down
we talked a lot she got a lot of
information my likes my dish
likes kind of my eating habits when I
like to eat how I like to eat where I
like to eat all of that and when I say
where I like to eat is meaning where I
like to eat in the house do I sit at a
table do I set at a couch am I on the
floor do I stand up like where is it
that I consume most of my mils and I
didn't realize that where you eat
actually is a big deal I didn't know
that
another thing is do I have the TV on do
I have the TV off am i talking on the
phone am I paying attention to my food
or am i paying attention to something
else so I'm autopilot eating so there's
a lot that I really never ever ever even
thought two seconds about until she
brought it up today and when she was
questioning me about it and I thought
hmm
these are some good questions and so we
went through the questionnaire she got
through all of that she asked like you
know what kind of foods that I like
which there's not a lot of food that I
don't like the one particular thing that
I just cannot stomach his liver I cannot
for the life of me and I think I've said
that before on my channel liver and I do
not mix but other than that I don't
really have a problem lately for some
reason I have been having a really bad
issue eating chicken off of the bone and
I don't know why I've never had that
problem before but chicken breast is
totally fine you give me a chicken on
the bone and I just can't hardly do it
however all you did make a big chicken
the other day when he was off and he
tore it off of the bone and I did eat it
and it was okay so I don't know I don't
know if it's because it was the Cornish
hens that I was having the issue with
I'm not sure what really triggered it
but something in there was triggering
the fact that I just didn't care for the
taste and I don't like dark meat at all
all he had made duck years ago and I
could not even stomach it I was like
nope couldn't deal with the smell so you
know there's very very far food that I
don't really like so I'm really gain to
not gain I am very game to trying
different things
experimenting and seeing what would work
and maybe what's a different healthier
you know choice from something that
maybe I would normally choose to
something I could change and put in its
place so I'm really excited to see where
this is gonna go she did not give me any
type of eating ideas today because like
she said she really wants to get sit
down and study my my packets see what's
all going on anything by the time I come
back then she will have it all written
out and then we'll sit down and she'll
go over with me and if there's things on
there that I clearly don't think I'm
gonna care for then like she said then
we'll change those things but if not
then we'll just go with what we have and
that will be my meal plan until we
decide to change it and she will have
this certain amount of calories that I
need to be eating and all of that so you
know she's gonna use her professionalism
and do the job that I've needed to have
done because clearly you can't see that
I've done it myself very well I thought
I could do it myself but you know really
after listening to a lot of people and

doing some reading myself I've noticed
that really I don't have a very good
idea and I don't have a lot of knowledge
and food I really don't I don't think
that I've ever taken the time to study
food I did know that there was you know
calories and vegetables but I I guess
because I when I was ever on Weight
Watchers they always put vegetables as a
zero point food you can have as much as
that of it as you want or most diets
they always say oh you can have you know
as many vegetables as you want so I
always considered vegetables being a
free a free meal or a free snack I guess
you would say and so that's kind of what
I meant when I said you know there's no
calories in this I very much should have
changed my wording and said you know yes
these have calories but that's much
lower than calories
then putting something else in there so
anyways we'll see what's gonna happen
with that I am just i'ma static because
she was just she's a sweetheart you know
and I didn't feel at all bad when I was
going to when I talked to her I didn't
feel bad she didn't make me feel ashamed
she didn't make me feel stupid you know
she just talked to me like a normal
human being and just treated me like a
normal person and I like that you know
because I'm coming there feeling pretty
dumb that I even have to go to a
nutritionist just to help me be able to
learn about food and how to feed myself
when this is something I should probably
know by now when I'm 38 years old so
yeah anyways enough of all that I did
want to bring up something well I'll go
into this first because we're talking
about therapy and stuff like that she
therapist I'm I mean therapist /
counsellor she's kind of both because
she does she has the same name so it's
either counselor or therapist but they
pretty much are the exact same thing as
far as I know that I can do to keep
myself preoccupied when I feel like I
want to go and eat and it's not really a
time that I need to eat it's more of an
I need to eat because it's my emotional
part of me wanting to eat so we were
really brainstorming for a couple of
days like what can we do and I really
thought about like what I like to do
what are the things that I enjoy to do
that would keep my hands busy my brain
going but in a positive manner still
working on my healing and my you know my
recovery but also keeping me away from
just thinking about food we will decided
to go ahead and do like a journal type
thing now when I see a journal I went to
Walmart and you know I didn't want to
buy like a journal that you could just
use one time or like a calendar journal
or anything like that that wasn't what I
was really looking for so what I did is
I bought this just says 2020 on it it's
a three-ring minute like it so it's a
small binder type thing
I bought the paper that you just put
inside of it so it just comes with you
know the mini paper you find it next to
the little mini notebooks I also bought
one pack of these clear things and I'll
explain why I bought those and then also
I did I did buy myself some new pens cuz
I I don't have any like really nice pins
but I went ahead and bought some pins
that were colorful that I can make it
fun to write in but that way then I can
just keep using this book you know as
the pages get filled up I can just rebuy
more pages and I don't have to rebuy a
whole book and have 50,000 books I just
have this and then as I fill out the
pages as I'm getting done with the book
or done with these pages I can I can
just staple it or put it in a folder and
there you go it's done and I still have
those ones to look back on but I don't
have a million journals because I yeah I
I could see myself getting you know
preoccupied buying new journals and not
using them so when I feel like there's a
need that I'm starting to feel antsy or
I'm starting to feel like I'm getting
anxiety or I'm upset or emotional or
even happy come in and write in my book
and explain my feelings rather than go
and eat my feelings write it out on
paper because as I do that I'm just
learning how to talk out my feelings and
think of out my feelings rather than
eating in my feelings so I am so excited
that we came up with that and I just
bought this yesterday so I'm you know I
haven't started but also I did the clear
sheets in the back because once a month
I will do a body shot of myself and
that's just a progressive progression I
think it's called progression picture
where I can you know see my body changes
throughout the time there's gonna be
months where I probably won't notice any
change at all but at least I'm checking
and just for my own self awareness of
seeing myself I think it's a good idea
and I did that the last time I lost
weight and I couldn't notice right away
where I was
losing weight so I think it's a good
thing and I've already started taking
body shots so why not which is really
just the first body shot that I've taken
yet so and you guys will see that but I
have to you guys actually have already
seen it and I I'll show it to you guys
again in here
so you guys have already seen that
picture but that's my first picture
that's the starting picture and I will
just continue from there taking a
picture once a month so that is that I'm
really excited to start that though and
see how far that gets me I think it's
gonna get me pretty far also another
question that I have for you guys is
okay for the last I'm gonna say week I
have been experiencing really bad
heartburn now I have never had heartburn
before I never had heartburn with my
pregnancies I don't think I've ever had
heartburn and my wife as far as I can
remember now my doctor did change a few
of my medicines no anyways there's
another one that he did change my
medicine too but I've had like
experiencing a really bad heartburn and
it doesn't necessarily start after I eat
it actually starts after I take my med
my meds so I told Holly I was like I
don't know if the pills are getting
stuck in my throat or what like why
would all of a sudden the meds be making
me have heartburn but also now I know I
cannot take Clemen niacin because that
cause I felt like my esophagus was on
fire and so they had to stop it because
I was allergic to it however I there's
one only one medicine that I have ever
changed on this whole thing and so I
don't I don't think it's that but
anyways so I went yesterday to Walmart
hence that's when I got my note book and
I bought this Prozac I think Prozac I've
heard this stuff is really good however
on the back on the use part it says
treats frequent heartburn occurs two or
more days a week which mine has been and
not intended for immediate relief of
heartburn the drug may take one to four
days for full of
now that's where I kind of got a little
bit confused because I take the tums and
they don't do nothing for me I've been
doing the baking soda and water it works
but it's not doing the relief part so I
picked this up and then I noticed that
it said that and I thought well crap
that's not really what I'm looking for
I'm looking for something with instant
relief that's gonna help me when I'm
really hurting if you guys have any
suggestions if you know of any type of
medicine I'm gonna take this one back
today because I I mean I'm not gonna
keep it I've that's not what I'm looking
for I don't want to take one every
single day I mean I could but I'm
looking more for something that's just
like an immediate work so that I'm not
happy to take it all the time because
it's not something that I have dealt
with before so it's not like it's
something that I should be like I don't
I don't know I don't know I haven't call
also into a nurse just to ask her
because I didn't know if I should take
this with any of the medicines that I'm
on I always ask because like there's one
medicine I'm on I cannot eat grapefruit
with it and I don't know what it would
do to you and I don't want to know but
it says in big red letters do not eat
grapefruit on this medicine so I was
like well I'm gonna ask before I even
take it but then when I seen it was it
doesn't you know help right away I'm
thinking well that's not gonna help me
then because if I have it like today for
instance oh I've had it since last night
and it's driving me nuts because it
started about miss a12
and I still have it it's not that bad
but it's still annoying because it's
still there and I haven't done anything
to make it do anything flare it up or
nothing like that so I don't know but if
you guys or anybody knows of either home
remedies that maybe you guys know of
that's a natural thing I'd rather do
natural than pills anyways I'm already
on
so this is only half you guys so many
meds I am so tired of taking more pills
I am trying to eliminate my pills so if
you guys have any and that doesn't even
include my med foreman my metformin is
in my purse bag so if I guess I'm
correcting this thing it's driving me
nuts
if anybody has any suggestions of home
remedies that I could try or if you guys
do know of a medicine that I can take
that would give instant relief I'm not
looking for tums because
tums and Rolaids are not gonna work I'm
looking for something that's probably
gonna coat like kinda like pepto-bismol
but I don't know if pepto-bismol would
help with that but it's just been up
here a nuisance so I'm gonna take that
back today to Walmart because I just I'm
not gonna keep it when it's not what I
was looking for and yeah anywho and this
week you guys I have to say I am feeling
so good so good I am doing so good this
week I am in a really good headspace
life feels good and it's just been a
good week and I know I'm saying good
week but it's been a good week for me
because my week starts on Wednesday
so I am almost done with my week and I
have another thing - I'm not change the
subject but my mouth is always dry my
doctor did say it's probably one of the
medicines so he told me to chew gum
like I can't chew gum it gives me a
headache but anyways I guess I could get
probably like sugar free candy or
something if I really really really
wanted to but then again that opens up
the door to sweets and I'm good anyways
but I had some victories this week that
I wanted to share with you guys I don't
know if I I may have already said these
but if not while I'm gonna charm again
the other night the kids wanted not
saying a lot because they're gonna want
it
and I haven't gotten that for them in a
long time so I was like guess I could
you know because they've been good they
they deserve something nice you know
they're requesting it so I went out and
I got it it brought it home I didn't
touch it did not even sniffing I gave
them each all of their stuff and I
walked away from it and anybody that
knows me that's one of my favorite foods
oh yeah that and spaghetti are my two
favorite things but I didn't touch it I
was like no no I'm not gonna do it and
then the following day no no no that was
on Thursday no Friday so then Sunday I
took them and I got them the their ice
cream and I got them their stuff and I
did not get myself nothing I came home
and I did not have none of it I was so
proud of myself because that's an
achievement you know what small
achievements build two big achievements
and I was so proud of myself I
absolutely am so darn proud of my
decisions that I'm making they're little
but they're big to me because there are
things that I am overcoming one step at
a time and anybody that knows me knows
that when I go somewhere I always get
myself something always and I have it
for the last you know a few days I'm
just like nope nope you know what no I
don't want it I want my life back
I want you know and I just keep envision
in my life as a skinny person that has
her life back and isn't a healthy you
know state of mind and I just don't want
to be in this state anymore so I just
keep reminding myself of that and I keep
a truck in and I'm feeling good so and
this week has just been a really good
week and yes I have rambled on and on
and on
but I had a few things I just wanted to
chitchat with you guys about I hope you
guys are having a blessed blessed
